Issue 302 is a citizen initiative to continue the current Fort Collins Natural Areas funding that is dedicated to protecting our natural areas, wildlife habitat, open spaces, and streams, rivers and riparian areas and to providing for the enjoyment of these areas. It is not associated with any other ballot measures.

If this continuation is successful, it will provide secure funding for the Natural Areas Department to implement residents’ desire for more natural areas, open spaces, and recreational opportunities on these lands.

In the next few months, we will be getting the word out to Fort Collins voters. Please help us by volunteering to deliver flyers door-to-door (no talking – just walking), post on your social media accounts, and endorse Yes to Natural Areas.     We did it! This summer a dedicated group of volunteers gathered over 9300 signatures to get Yes to Natural Areas on the November ballot! It will be Issue 302 on your ballot

    This is our opportunity to preserve our Natural Areas legacy forever while protecting even more critical wildlife habitat, expanding access to nature and recreation, and restoring conserved lands to support native habitats and wildlife.

    We need your support and your YES vote! And please tell your friends and neighbors to vote YES on Issue 302.
